I specialise in writing about food, travel, restaurants and hospitality but will happily include interesting people to my range of topics.
I have contributed to Danish dailies Berlingske, BT, Information, Politiken & Urban and magazines DNA (AU), Metropolis (I), New Focus (T), QX (S), Frankly (DK) and Out & About (DK) as well as travel portals momondo.com, Out.com and Rejseliv.dk.
I am a member of the Danish Union of Journalists (DJ), partaking in the network for social media editors, and passed my Diploma in Journalism (BA-level) at UPDATE/The Danish School of Media & Journalism on 29 January, 2010 with an average of 10.66.
The diploma has since been supplemented with the courses like “Writing Efficient Newsletters” (2019), “The Perfect Storm” (2013) focusing on strategies for social media, “The Personal Interview” (2012) and Photographing Journalists” (2010). All the above at UPDATE/The Danish School of Media & Journalism.
